These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of coachneha.com and any coaching or advisory program offered by Neha Lall ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide 1:1 executive coaching and career advisory services, including but not limited to executive visibility audits, positioning and personal branding support, and retained career advisory, as described on this website. Our programs are delivered through coaching sessions, strategic guidance and supporting resources.
Neha Lall is an independent coaching and advisory practice. We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm or placement service, and we do not find, offer, secure or guarantee employment, interviews, promotions or any specific career outcome. Our role is to help you clarify your positioning, strengthen your personal brand and build an effective strategy — the outreach, applications, interviews and decisions remain yours, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the job market and decisions made by third-party employers and recruiters.
Programs are booked and paid for online through our payment partner, Razorpay. Full or partial payment, as specified at the time of booking, is required to confirm your session or program. Prices listed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change for new bookings.
To get the most out of our work together, you agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions on time, and engage actively with any exercises or action items agreed during coaching. Progress depends significantly on your own effort and participation.
All frameworks, materials, worksheets and content shared as part of our programs (including the Visibility-to-Opportunity Framework™) are the intellectual property of Neha Lall and are provided for your personal use only. They may not be copied, resold or redistributed without prior written permission.
Testimonials and success stories shared on this website reflect the individual experiences of past clients. They are illustrative, not guarantees, and results will vary from person to person based on individual circumstances, effort and market conditions.
Our services are advisory in nature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neha Lall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or participation in our programs, including any career or employment outcome.
We reserve the right to decline, pause or discontinue services to any client at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, abusive conduct, or non-payment. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
